Summer Shades

Summer is in full swing, and with it means that fashion haircolors are all the rage. We have been getting a lot of questions about coloring lately. As we haven't been able to offer color for a while, I wanted to refresh everyone on our options.

We have Mofajang, which is a colored hair mud. It dries clean, and is great for holidays or special occasions and it comes out after one wash. This is a perfect option for kids with dark hair, or for kids who want a little something fancy one in a while. You can get Mofajang as a part of a haircut service, or you can buy the whole jar. Mofajang can be used for boys or girls.

Next, we have colored sew-in extensions. These extensions come in a variety of colors, and never fade. They are sold in one inch strips, and are relatively easy to care for. We guarantee the extensions to last 2 weeks, but more often than not they can last up to 8 weeks. This is a perfect option for children who are looking to have something a little more permanent, without altering the integrity of their hair. There must be 4 inches of hair at least to be able to implement the extensions.

Finally, we offer artic fox semi-permanent hair color. This color option lasts anywhere from 2-40 washes, depending on how you care for it. It is a little more high maintenance, but there are more options for creativity here. With semi-permanent hair color, we can dm do highlights, a few face framing peices, a thick section, color melts, just the tips, or even the whole head. The color comes out very vibrant on light blonde hair, and gives a nice tint to darker hair. However, depending on the color of the hair, we are able to lighten the hair to blonde. This is a much more permanent option, but that is more popular with our older clientele.

Because of COVID 19 resistrictions we are not allowed to offer Mofajang as an add on at the moment. You can purchase a jar from us, but for the time being we are not allowed to use the product from a communal jar, as we cannot completely sanitize it.
